EMS has also recently made a donation to a school in Rotherham through the Kidsafe charity. Kidsafe is an organisation that is actively committed to helping keep children safe across the UK and Eire. The money the company has donated will be used to provide a local school with vital safety information free of charge, on topics including ‘Stranger Danger’, vandalism, crime prevention, racism, bullying, drugs, road safety and the Green Cross Code.
Alex Mardapittas, managing director at EMS commented
“We recognise that future generations will have a large part to play in looking after our planet and environmental sustainability, which is why we are proud to be supporting these children’s charities.” He added, “As a company proud of its Yorkshire roots, and being based in Rotherham, we are particularly keen to demonstrate our support for local schools and children’s charity events.”
