The tech bubble is long gone but their are still tech bubbles and a bubble is bad for the environment. Amazon has surpassed a 70 billion dollar market cap which is similar to that of Ebay in 2005 when investors felt Ebay was the future. What happened was Ebay's business went into maturity and its stock has dropped over 60% despite improving profits. Amazon will need to prove a lot in the next few years to not go down the Ebay path.
