(Sept. 28, 2010) - The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, the Loudoun Horse Association, Tri State Riding Club and US Trail Ride, Inc. have teamed up for the grand opening of the Equestrian Ring at Franklin Park in Purcellville on Saturday, Oct. 2.
The public is invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 4 p.m. at Franklin Park, 17501
