Research In Motion unveiled its first enterprise-ready tablet solution today - the new BlackBerry PlayBook. The PlayBook comes packed with features such as high-resolution cameras, device pairing, and multi-tasking abilities, to put up a strong fight in the new tablet market. The device is aimed at music and video hungry teenagers as well as business men and women. It embraces apps and Flash - as RIM is on good terms with Adobe. Sources say that the tablet is expected to go on sale in the first quarter of 2011.
"Finally, a tablet for doing work on." Said Andy "Raw" Kibbens co-CEO and star analyst at The Markets Are Open. "Don't get me wrong, iPad is amazing for play... but PlayBook... now that's for doing business."

Stocks usually tend to trend downward when a company releases anticipated news. Research In Motion (RIMM) was down 1% on the day.
"I love it when the stock is hated." Said Allan Edwards, co-CEO of The Markets Are Open. "RIM is back in business. A company they acquired not long ago is doing all the PlayBook work for them so they can focus on their next innovation."
