Baseball: Greater Loudoun Falls to 1-1 in Pool Play at Babe Ruth 14-Year-Old World Series

(Aug. 22, 2010) - Greater Loudoun was on its way to a 2-0 start in the Babe Ruth 14-Year-Old World Series Sunday but the Lions couldn't hold their 3-0 lead, falling to Waite Park, Minn., 11-6.

For Greater Loudoun it was a case of too many walks and too many errors as Waite Park tied it with three in the fifth and then scored seven in the sixth inning.
