“Iron Man” Director May Have Ties to Robert Downey Jr.

It is, if you're familiar with the claims black (which, admittedly, are few and far between). As a writer, wrote the classic of pop culture, like the original "Lethal Weapon", "Monster Squad", "The Last Boyscout" and "Long Kiss Goodnight." I'd rent credits alone (and give him the freedom to modify any of the Marvel writing might be a game).

Even more important? Black has a history with Robert Downey Jr. It was he who helped restore Black Downey as a leading man, with sharp comedy and incredibly-cool "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang."

Black did not carry out direct action again - but had Favreau was in charge of "Zathura" before taking the "Iron Man" - but his intangibles make him an excellent choice. I wonder if it's Downey, who lobbied for his "Kiss Kiss" collaborator to take over the franchise? The Los Angeles Times says it is "in contention" for the concert. Man, I hope it happens.
