(Feb. 1, 2011) - Forty-five schools in Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) have been honored by Gov. Bob McDonnell and the Virginia Board of Education as part of the 2011 Virginia Index of Performance (VIP) awards for advanced learning and achievement.
This program was created by the Board of Education in 2007. It recognizes schools that achieve excellence goals and far exceed minimum state
