Walt Disney Studios have kicked off a 10 week global countdown to the release of TRON: Legacy by announcing a special 'TRON Night' on October 28th that will give audiences their first chance to step onto the Grid and experience the cutting-edge 3D world through a special 23-minute sneak peak of the upcoming blockbuster. TRON Night will take in a number of IMAX and 3D cinemas across the world, with UK fans able to get their hands on the free tickets (which are being given away on a first-come, first-served basis) by heading over to Disney Screenings and entering the codeword 'Legacy'. In addition to the sneak-preview, other highlights of the 10-week countdown include the release of the TRON: Evolution video game on PS3, XBOX 360 and PC on November 26th and Daft Punk's TRON: Legacy soundtrack on December 6th. The long-anticipated sequel to the 1982 cult classic TRON, TRON: Legacy stars Jeff Bridges, Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, Martin Sheen and Bruce Boxleitner and will be released on December 17th 2010 in North America and the UK.
