Dan Parks third penalty minutes was the only show in Scotland was to attack their business, with the All Blacks defended prove impenetrable.

"We let the nation down and how we return from there," Robinson said. "I thought that New Zealand was excellent in the way they played the game of rugby and we could not do the same.

" Captain Mike Blair and Centre Max Evans was injured but their injuries were not as bad as first feared, despite the scrumhalf Blair is unable to attend the press conference after the match.
